We ship only to the United States. All of our orders are shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. The delivery time depends on the day you place your order and may vary depending on your purchase. Telo High Design is committed to delivering as quickly as possible, as the delivery time is based on the design and manufacturing time, since our products are handcrafted. The delivery time may vary depending on the day of your purchase.

IMPORTANT Telo High Design is not responsible if the shipping carrier experiences any delays in delivering your package. Therefore, we ask that you place your order in advance, or consider purchasing express shipping (contact us for more assistance).

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

TELO HIGH DESIGN provides you with the following return and exchange policy for our online store: Telo High Designs

Once your order has been shipped, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS of any kind will be accepted**; this is due to the handcrafted, delicate, and special nature of our products. Please consider the shipping times. We can personally assist you in choosing the correct size for your baby or child; contact us if you have any questions via WhatsApp (626) 877-27-34.

We ask that customers ask any questions they may have, read all specifications, or contact us if necessary, so that they are completely confident in their purchase.

All orders are carefully inspected, product by product, ensuring that everything is of the highest quality.

The only exception would be for a manufacturing defect; only then would an exchange or return of the product be processed. ***This clause will only apply in the United States. (Clarification of manufacturing defect: torn or damaged fabric, stains that cannot be removed.) For this clarification, the customer has a maximum of 3 days from the date of receiving the product to contact us. After this period, Telo High Design is not responsible.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS This return and exchange policy constitutes a legal agreement between the user and Telo High Design.
